No matter your fitness level, your first class will deliver a powerful workout that builds strength, boosts confidence, and lets you punch out the stress.

1. Show Up Early
Get to your first class 25-30 minutes before the scheduled class time so we can show you the ropes.

2. Protect Your Hands
Protect Your Hands - If you do not own a pair of hand wraps or gloves, we have them for purchase.

3. We’ll Show You the Basics
Our Coaches will wrap your hands and teach you how to throw the six basic punches.

4. Bring A Friend!
Classes are always better with a friend! Feel free to bring a buddy—just be sure they’re signed up for class ahead of time.

I’ve Never Boxed Before, will I be able to keep up in class?
Yes! Our classes are beginner friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you throughout the entire workout.
How early do I need to Arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 25-30 minutes before your first class so we can show you the ropes. We will give you a quick tour, help you wrap your hands, and teach you the six basic punches.
What do I need for Class?
Gloves and hand wraps are required for all classes. If you have your own, bring ‘em. If you don’t, we sell all the equipment you need at the club.
What Should I wear?
We recommend wearing anything that makes you feel confident, especially workout apparel and athletic shoes that you’re comfortable sweating in.
Can I bring a Friend?
We believe everything is BETTER TOGETHER! Please contact the club, prior to your class, if you have a friend that you would like to join you.
